ballet

I've recently tried my hand at making tutus since KK is so into ballet.  I decided I'd try a turquoise zebra style. It's like having my own life size dress up doll :)



Tyson

Tyson started having seizures Tuesday March 2.  KK saw the second one.  She just kept petting his paw and telling him not to cry.   We got him home on Thursday and they diagnosed him with epilepsy.  He's back to his self now and just has to take 2 pills a day (in a hot dog...what more could he ask for??)

KK missed him so much...

we are all so happy he's home and back to his old self.



missed a couple of months!

well with everything between school, work and WEATHER I haven't posted in a while ;)  so let's catch up shall we?

So excited...we signed up for t-ball.   Check out this baller!

We had a sleepover Friday night with Laiky...played dog groomers



and then went to Chuck E Cheese

and now we are up to date again...

Christmas Day

First thing she saw…dance with me ballerina doll

Then she checked a few more toys out…

She opened her dress up clothes and decided she wanted one of them on so she could dance… (the doll has elastic bands on its feet that she can put on her feet so the doll “dances” with her)

Then Saturday night, with the nail polish Santa brought her, she painted my nails.

Santa's visit

This morning on the way to daycare, KayeLeigh told me she wanted to stay awake Christmas Eve so she could see Santa and give him a big hug!!!!

We are getting excited for his visit.   Presents all under the tree, Christmas lights everywhere and we've got carrots ready to give the reindeer!  It's so much fun watching her excitement with everything.

Cowboys!!

Saturday we made a spur of the moment trip to Grapevine TX to do Christmas with Nina, Popo, Uncle Mark and Uncle Cody.  We went to the Cowboys game

KayeLeigh and I spent most of our time in the standing room only area because she didn't like sitting still.  She did enjoy the halftime show by the cheerleaders.  We walked all of 2nd quarter and 3rd quarter she wanted to play.  By 4th quarter, it was nap time!

Santa

KayeLeigh's first visit with Santa was a hit...You can see it on her face

"OK cool.   Santa.  Now...where's that cookie I'm supposed to get??"

 This one you can also read her thoughts on her face...I believe it went something like

"mom what is WRONG WITH YOU?!  get me OUTTA HERE now!!"

3rd year she would at least get close to him, as long as mama was right next to her.

4th year...Santa is her best friend and she wants lots of toys!!!
