Patriotic Cutie

Friday night we were sitting on the bed watching tv and KK turns to me and says "mama put your hand like this" (over my heart) so I did and she busts out with the Pledge of Allegiance!   I cried I was so proud!

With Laiky moving to a new house there wasn't room to take poor Buttercup.  This was good news for KK since she is the proud new owner!   (the hat and purse were gifts from memaw tootsie)

Saturday, KayeLeigh was sitting in Nina's lap and Nina said "KayeLeigh, Nina is going shopping today. What do you want me to get you?"

KayeLeigh said "ummmmmmm ear-ruh-rings"

Nina said "earrings huh?  what kind of earrings?"

and without missing a beat KayeLeigh said "DIAMOND!!!" 

and yes KayeLeigh got diamond earrings...the CZ brand :)

Wednesday was KayeLeigh's first ballet/tap class

 

KayeLeigh's friends were there

And of course she made new friends in class...

She learned a little ballet and tap and when the class was over she asked if she had to leave.

dancing is definitely something she enjoys!
